Summary

Let chunk preview, build, save and the bare chunk farm resolve the fixed 2x2-chunk center from the shared corner block or any directly adjacent block (within one block in X and Z).
Keep persisted farm centers canonical: FarmBounds.chunks still requires X and Z divisible by 16, while the new FarmBounds.chunkCenter snaps player input before preview/build/save.
Use the snapped center for supply-chest selection too, and update the README and command help.
Add unit coverage for cardinal/diagonal adjacency, rejection beyond one block, and strict canonical bounds.
