Prepare the next stable release from the latest main.

Bump mod-version to 0.3.0 (new features since v0.2.0: nether-wart autostart toolmode, starvation food restock, three bounded autostart reconnects).
Update the release guide examples for the new version.

The v0.3.0 tag will be pushed to main after this PR's build is green; the release workflow runs the four-suite integration gate before publishing.
