• Remove the Minecraft client/server integration workflow, fixtures, harnesses, and related release gating.
• Keep CI focused on server-free builds, unit tests, script contracts, and release artifact checks.
• Document and regression-test supported local headless Prism operation via Xvfb, without making it a CI test.

Testing

• ./scripts/test-prism-bot.sh
• ./scripts/ci-preflight.sh (16 tests)
• Gradle lint and build
• ./scripts/check-release-jar.sh
• git diff --check
